Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling Charges
A handling fee may be added to an order as a charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transporting and handling. Special delivery requests, including future delivery dates, may include additional charges. You will be notified if any of these additional fees apply to your order.
Jewelrywala.com does not guarantee delivery times, notwithstanding additional charges. Delivery times are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests such as premium packaging, custom-gift wrap, etc. Processing charges are subject to change and will be determined at the time of your order and are subject to the following:
Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-14 days. For 2-4 day expedited service, add an additional $22.00 and for overnight service add $28.00. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you. Overnight service is available for delivery on the next regular business day for orders placed before 5 pm EST.
* Expedited and overnight delivery services cannot be used to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
** Recipient’s telephone number is required on all orders.
Standard Delivery
Unless expedited service is requested, your order should arrive within 7 - 14 days after shipping. All Standard shipping is FREE to any location in United States of America, We would be using either USPS or UPS for this service
Two-Day Delivery
Two-day delivery is available for $22.00. Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 5 pm EST on normal business days. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday, anytime on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday will be processed the next business day and should arrive two business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available in some zip codes. We would be using either USPS, FEDEX or UPS for this service.
Overnight Delivery
Overnight Delivery is available for an additional $28.00. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 5 pm EST. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday, anytime on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive one business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available in some zip codes. We would be using either USPS, FEDEX or UPS for this service.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping are not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
International Shipping
We do ship International subject to further verification of payment and location.All local duty and taxes would be bourne by the customer receiving the package. Shipping charges would be determined as per the location.
Shipping and Handling Costs
The following shipping and handling fees are for merchandise pictured and described on our site. Costs are calculated according to the total costs of the merchandise in your bag. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Shipping Promotions
Any promotional discount or allowance will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep
Exceptions
Customized orders may require additional processing time due to personalization requirements.
If the shipping/billing addresses are different, or if the monthly payment option is selected, your order may be delayed pending order and/or credit approval.
Shipping Information to Note
For your security, all orders require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay.
All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.
